What Is Threadville
Threadville transports players through a magic mirror into a puppet town that shifts from whimsical countryside charm to horror as night falls and Rocky patrols. SUPER SKELETON STUDIO cites inspiration from Welcome Home and Rainbow Friends—mascot aesthetics with darker undertones.
Act 1 released April 2025 as first chapter: roughly one to two hours for thorough first clear including optional minigames and lore page hunting. Co-op lobbies support four to ten players though solo completion is fully supported.
Core Gameplay Pillars
Exploration in town square, market, treehouse, and Oliver districts. Stealth against Rocky during fuse night with full reset on capture. Observation puzzles with per-player randomized hopscotch and lunchbox codes. NPC minigames rewarding Camera, Carrot, and Tea. Sprint chase finale in Oliver basement.
No traditional combat RPG systems—progression is inventory items, puzzle completion, and routing knowledge.
