Threadville How to Play Threadville
Beginner guide to Threadville on Roblox: starting the experience, core mechanics, day and night cycles, inventory, and what to prioritize during Act 1.
Getting Started on Roblox
Threadville is a puppet horror adventure published by SUPER SKELETON STUDIO on Roblox. Search for the experience by name or open it directly using Experience ID 18758755773. Act 1 released in April 2025 and represents the first chapter of a larger story. When you spawn, you begin in a colorful garden area that intentionally feels safe before the horror elements escalate. Take a moment to adjust your camera sensitivity and confirm your control scheme on PC, mobile, or controller before progressing.
The game blends exploration, NPC minigames, stealth, and multi-step puzzles. There is no separate difficulty menu in Act 1; challenge comes from Rocky's patrol patterns, inventory limits, and randomized puzzle codes that differ for every player. A first playthrough typically lasts one to two hours if you explore town thoroughly and complete optional minigames for key items.
Core Gameplay Loop
Act 1 follows a structured objective chain displayed through environmental cues and NPC dialogue. Early goals involve waking Rocky, entering the labyrinth, and collecting honey from the hive. That moment triggers Rocky's transformation from companion to antagonist. Afterward, daytime sections let you explore town square, interact with Oliver, Charlotte, Veena, Pierre, and the Worm, while night forces you into stealth as Rocky patrols with a visible purple aura and loud footsteps.
Inventory management matters throughout. You can carry essential tools such as the Camera, Carrot, and Tea earned from minigames, plus fuses, puzzle pieces, and story items. Space is limited, so plan trips to the power box and market door carefully. Sprint and crouch are available on all platforms; crouching reduces noise near Rocky during fuse collection.
Daytime Town Exploration
Before the night fuse hunt, spend time in town square and surrounding areas. Three minigames reward items used later: Oliver's vegetable matching grants the Carrot, Charlotte's tetherball challenge grants the Camera with a stun ability, and Veena's honey defense grants Tea. These are optional but strongly recommended because the Camera makes the seven-fuse sequence significantly safer.
Talk to Pierre at the market for hints about later puzzles. Collect lore pages hidden in houses and side paths if you enjoy environmental storytelling. Hopscotch markings in town square foreshadow the color-coded market door puzzle, but the exact numbers are randomized per session—observe your board rather than copying online codes.
Night Stealth and Power Restoration
When night falls, Rocky actively hunts players who venture into marked fuse zones. If Rocky catches you during this phase, Act 1 resets entirely—an intentional design choice that teaches patrol timing and hiding spots. Use buildings, fences, and line-of-sight breaks to move between the seven fuse locations around the lake, town square, and power box area marked on your HUD.
After collecting all seven fuses, interact with the power box to restore town electricity. Power restoration unlocks market interiors, new dialogue, and the hopscotch code puzzle on the market door. Keep the Camera charged for stun opportunities if Rocky intercepts you while carrying multiple fuses.
Late Act 1 Objectives
The back half of Act 1 focuses on Pierre and the Worm, assembling Rocky's lunchbox puzzle for a six-digit code, and luring Rocky with a fish to steal his gate key. Sixteen lunchbox pieces scatter across town while Rocky patrols; screenshot or note piece locations as you find them. The lunchbox code is randomized like hopscotch—assemble the puzzle visually rather than typing codes from videos.
Opening the town gate leads to Oliver's house and the basement chase finale. Sprint timing, obstacle routing, and calm camera control matter more than raw speed. Finish Act 1 by surviving the chase and watching the closing cutscene, which sets up future acts from SUPER SKELETON STUDIO.
